I spent two hours speaking to Ron Joseph in his hotel room last year. He’d been on my Speakola hit list for a while, because I had a real affection for his eulogy for Lou Richards, which had an old world footy charm that belonged to the Bertocchi hams and Jason Recliners era of World of Sport.
